一、建立广泛的函授管理网络开办函授以来,根据院方的要求,成立了函授管理委员会,委派了党性强、作风正、懂业务、会管理的骨干教员担任班主任,并且在班委会和学习小组的建立上,注重人选问题。学员入学后,站长和班主任反复研究,提出人选,由函授管理委员会通过,报组织部审查、批准。这些组织的建立,严密了函授工作的管理机构,沟通了函授管理委员会、班主任、学员之间的联系,对函授管理起到了重要作用。但我们在工作中逐渐感到这个机构不够广泛,还需要调动各方面的积极因素参加管理。1994年,我们以这一管理机构为基础,扩展了管理范围,使我们的管理又有了进一步加强。做法有以下几个方面:一、同学员所在单位沟通,请学员单位领导支持和配合,参加函授管理工作。面授时,学员请公假,假条必须由单位盖公
