本文研究用双(十二烷基亚磺酰)乙烷(BDSE)萃取钯的性能,在KI存在下从9mol/L盐酸介质中用含有BDSE的氯仿能定量萃取钯。有机相的钯可被硫脲或氨溶液反萃继之用TMK-Triton X-100光度法测定。研究了萃取的最佳条件及干扰情况。斜率法测得萃合物组成为Pd:I:BDSE=1:2:1,红外光谱证实萃合物中BDSE的二个亚砜以硫原子与钯配位。萃合物为异配位体络合物。提出了选择性萃取分离钯的新方法。
In this paper, the performance of palladium extraction with bis (dodecylsulfinyl) ethane (BDSE) was investigated. Palladium was quantitatively extracted with chloroform containing BDSE from 9 mol / L hydrochloric acid in the presence of KI. Palladium in the organic phase can be stripped with thiourea or ammonia solution followed by TMK-Triton X-100 spectrophotometry. The optimum conditions of extraction and interference were studied. Slope method was used to determine the composition of the complex Pd: I: BDSE = 1: 2: 1. IR spectroscopy confirmed that the two sulfoxides of BDSE in the complex were coordinated to palladium by sulfur atom. The complex is an isoparotenoid complex. A new method of selective extraction and separation of palladium was proposed.
