根据现阶段笔者所在学校播音与主持艺术(韩语节目主持)专业基础韩语课程的特点和学生学习的现状,本文探索一种语言小班教学为基础的多层次授课模式,为韩语基础语言知识掌握能力不同的学生创造一个适应不同层次的教学环境。教师要改变传统授课模式,组织分层次的教学设计,制定不同的教学目标,设定弹性教学进度,采取多元的教学评价,培优与补差并举,促使每一名学生都能在原有基础上有所提高。教师采用分层合作教学时,要针对学生的差异,采取分层次设计教学,利用多元化的教学方法策略,以使分层次教学的效果得到保证。
According to the characteristics of the Korean course and the characteristics of the basic Korean course at the current stage where the author is broadcasting and hosting arts (Korean program host), this paper explores a multi-level teaching mode based on the teaching of small language classes in Korean. Students create a teaching environment that adapts to different levels. Teachers should change the traditional teaching mode, organize the teaching design at different levels, set different teaching objectives, set the flexible teaching progress, take multiple teaching evaluation, cultivate excellent and complement each other, so that each student can have on the basis of the original Increased.
