矿用自卸车作为非公路机械,在冶金、矿山、水利水电等各行业承担着艰巨的运输任务,轮毂轴承的高效运行是保证矿用自卸车稳定、可靠运行的必要条件之一。基于矿用自卸车轮毂轴承复杂且恶劣的工况条件(如冲击载荷大,易污染,要求刚性高等),从轴承的选型(包括轴承的材料热处理方式选择和布置形式)、安装配合(包括配合公差和安装方法)、游隙调整以及轴承的润滑等方面提供完整的解决方案。针对某一机型的具体实例,采用计算机软件进行仿真计算以验证方案的可行性,为新产品开发提供参考。
