文章分析了目前的灌区老化评估体系，提出了灌区老化和灌区工程损坏程度两种评估指标体系的框架和评估模式。首次提出灌区的灌溉技术和管理技术落后也属于灌区老化的范畴，并提出按灌溉面积和建筑物级别进行评估的概念。
This paper analyzes the current assessment system of the aging of irrigation districts and puts forward the framework and evaluation mode of the two kinds of evaluation indexes system of aging irrigation and damage degree of irrigation works. It is first proposed that the technical and management techniques of irrigation in irrigation districts fall into the category of aging of irrigation districts and the concept of assessment according to the area of irrigation and the level of buildings is proposed.
