利用流动注射荧光分光光度分析法研究了Ce~(3+)在KCl介质中的荧光性质.在实验的流动注射条件下,当KCl浓度大于0.3mol/L时,Ce~(3+)在pH<6.2的荧光强度不随酸度改变而变化.据此建立起了Ce~(3+)在pH5~6的流动注射荧光分析法.方法的线性范围是2.0×10~(-7)~2.0×10~(-6)mol/L,一元回归方程为△F=663600 C-0.053(n=10,r=0.9996),检测限为6.0×10~(-9)mol/L,测定频率120~150次/n.方法用于标准土壤、岩石及水系沉积物样品分析.结果与标准值一致,回收率分别为93.6%~102.1%,93.1%~105.8%,97.0%~108.4%(n=10),相对标准偏差分别是1.10%,4.31%,5.10%.
Fluorescence spectrophotometry was used to study the fluorescence properties of Ce 3+ in KCl solution.
