目的 分析TGFβ1 与周细胞在乳腺癌血管生成中的相互关系及作用。方法 取 5 0例手术切除乳腺癌新鲜标本 ,采用免疫组织化学染色、原位杂交技术 ,结合体视学分析方法 ,研究TGFβ1 及周细胞在乳腺癌中的表达情况。结果 TGFβ1 蛋白质可表达在新生血管周细胞的胞浆中 ,同时也可表达于乳腺癌癌细胞及新生血管内皮细胞 ;TGFβ1mRNA主要表达在血管周细胞的胞浆中 ,只有极少数癌细胞呈弱阳性表达。乳腺癌中TGFβ1 mRNA的表达与周细胞的表达正相关 ,P <0 0 1。结论 提示周细胞通过TGFβ1 参与血管生成的调节
Objective To analyze the relationship between TGFβ1 and pericytes in angiogenesis of breast cancer. Methods Fifty cases of fresh specimens of breast cancer were excised. Immunohistochemical staining, in situ hybridization and stereological analysis were used to investigate the expression of TGFβ1 and pericytes in breast cancer. Results TGFβ1 protein was expressed in the cytoplasm of neovascular pericytes as well as in breast cancer cells and neovascular endothelial cells. TGFβ1 mRNA was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of perivascular cells, and only a very small number of cancer cells were weakly positive expression. The expression of TGFβ1 mRNA in breast cancer was positively correlated with the expression of pericytes (P <0.01). Conclusions suggest that pericytes are involved in angiogenesis through TGFβ1
