本发明公开一种用于无源无线多参数微型传感器中的叠层电感,包括n个层叠且同轴设置的平面电感;每个平面电感由金属导线绕制的偶数个方形线圈构成,线圈为由外往内按顺时针方向或逆时针方向绕制,每个平面电感的相邻两线圈绕制方向相反;每个方形线圈的四条边分别构成四个局部电感。本发明的电感结构实现了电感之间的零互感,与可变电容传感器串联后可实现无源无线多参数的测量。
