一、教师主体性的含义所谓主体性,就是人作为主体的规定性。主体性的内涵包括自主性、能动性和创造性。自主性主要表现为有自己的独立见解、独特的行为模式等,它是人作为主体的一个前提条件;能动性主要表现为行动的自觉性、主动性和积极性;创造性主要表现为不沿别人的思路,不照搬别人的方式和方法,想别人没有想的,做前人没有做的。教育作为一种有目的、有计划、有组织的培养人的社会实践活动,在本质上是教育者自身主体性发挥的过程,是对个体主体性的培养过程。那么,什么是主体性教育呢?
