使用 Beckman的 Array 36 0特定蛋白散射比浊仪测定 6 4名非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病人 2 4小时尿中α1 -微球蛋白、免疫球蛋白 G、微量白蛋白、转铁蛋白的含量 ,探讨它们在糖尿病人中出现早期肾受损的指示作用。结果说明随着尿微量白蛋白量的增高 ,α1 -微球蛋白明显增高 ,免疫球蛋白 G含量有增高 ,但 Ig G/ MA比例呈下降趋势。提示进行尿特定蛋白有助于监视糖尿病人早期肾受损的变化
The Beckman Array 360 Specific Protein Scattering Turbidimeter was used to determine the levels of α1-microglobulin, immunoglobulin G, microalbumin and transferrin in 24 4 non-insulin dependent diabetic subjects An indicator of early renal impairment in diabetics. The results showed that with the increase of urinary microalbumin, α1 - microglobulin was significantly increased, immunoglobulin G increased, but the proportion of Ig G / MA showed a downward trend. Prompted for urinary specific protein helps to monitor changes in early kidney damage in diabetic patients
