应用超临界CO_2萃取技术对西青果进行脂肪油的提取,并用GC—MS联用技术测定了其中脂肪酸的成分及其相对含量,从中鉴定出12种成分,主要为棕榈酸、亚油酸和油酸。并与传统的石油醚萃取法相比较,其萃取时间短,得油率高。
Supercritical CO_2 extraction technology was used to extract the fatty oil from the Chinese cherry fruit. The composition and relative content of fatty acids were determined by GC-MS. 12 components were identified, mainly palmitic acid, linoleic acid and oil. acid. Compared with the traditional petroleum ether extraction method, the extraction time is short and the oil yield is high.
