目的 :评价白花前胡 (Peucedanum Praeruptonrum Dunnon.,PPD)对慢性炎症性肺动脉高压的防治效果 ,探讨肺循环血液流变学特征的改变在肺动脉高压形成中的作用。方法 :采用野白合碱 (m onocrotoline,MCT)诱导的慢性炎症性肺动脉高压大鼠模型 :PPD(5 0 ,10 0 ,15 0 mg/ kg· d- 1 )采用管饲给药三周 ;治疗效果的评价采用 :血液动力学 (肺动脉平均压 ) ,血液流变学(表观及还原粘度 ,红细胞聚积指数 )及相关性分析。结果 :PPD(5 0 ,10 0 ,15 0 mg/ kg· d- 1 )可分别使 MCT诱导的肺动脉高压降低 14.5 % ,19.2 % (p<0 .0 5 ) ,18.8% (p<0 .0 5 )。 PPD(10 0 mg/ kg· d- 1 )能有效降低 MCT大鼠肺循环血液高切 (2 0 0 s- 1 )表观粘度 2 3.9% (p<0 .0 5 ) ,低切 (ls- 1 )表观粘度 39.6 % (p<0 .0 1)和红细胞聚积指数 15 .7% (p<0 .0 5 ) ,且其降低表观粘度(2 0 0 s- 1 ,ls- 1 )与其降低肺动脉压间的相关系数分别是 0 .86 8(p <0 .0 5 ) ,0 .6 35 (p<0 .0 5 )。结论 :白花前胡能通过改善肺微循环 ,有效防治大鼠慢性“炎症性”肺动脉高压
Objective: To evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Peucedanum Praeruptonrum Dunnon (PPD) on chronic inflammatory pulmonary hypertension, and to explore the role of changes in the hemorheology of pulmonary circulation in the development of pulmonary hypertension. METHODS: A rat model of chronic inflammatory pulmonary hypertension induced by MCT was administered with PPD (50, 100, 150 mg/kg·d-1) for 3 weeks by gavage. The evaluation of the therapeutic effect was based on hemodynamics (average pulmonary arterial pressure), hemorheology (apparent and reduced viscosity, erythrocyte accumulation index) and correlation analysis. RESULTS: PPD (50, 100, 150 mg/kg·d-1) reduced MCT-induced pulmonary hypertension by 14.5%, 19.2% (p<0.05), and 18.8% (p<0. 0 5 ). PPD (10 mg/kg·d-1) can effectively reduce the high-cut (2 0 0 s - 1) apparent viscosity of the pulmonary circulation in MCT rats by 2.9% (p<0.05) and low-cut (ls- 1) The apparent viscosity was 39.6 % (p<0.01) and the red cell accumulation index was 15.7% (p<0.05), and it decreased the apparent viscosity (2 0 0 s-1, ls-1) The correlation coefficient with the decrease of pulmonary artery pressure was 0.886 (p <0.05) and 0.635 (p <0.05), respectively. Conclusion : Baihua Qian Hu can effectively prevent chronic pulmonary inflammatory pulmonary hypertension in rats by improving the microcirculation of the lungs
