为了提高自动导引车导航时的智能性,在对自动导引车工作现场环境的模拟分析的基础上,提出了一种基于机器视觉的自动导引车导航标识符识别方法。该方法将导航标识符分为两类:控制标识符和数字标识符,针对两类导航标识符各自的特点,分别构造特征向量进行识别。实验表明,在有噪声的情况下,标识符特征的获得方法能够提高对控制标识符、数字标识符的识别率,并且具有较强的抗干扰能力和较好的鲁棒性。
In order to improve the intelligence of the automatic guided vehicle navigation, based on the simulation analysis of the working environment of the automatic guided vehicle, a method for identifying the navigation identifier of the automatic guided vehicle based on machine vision is proposed. The method divides the navigation identifiers into two categories: control identifiers and numeric identifiers. For each of the two types of navigation identifiers, the eigenvectors are constructed respectively to identify them. Experiments show that in the presence of noise, the method of obtaining identifier features can improve the recognition rate of control identifiers and digital identifiers, and has strong anti-interference ability and better robustness.
