针对煤矿机械传动齿轮承载较大及易疲劳失效等问题,运用数值分析和有限元仿真分析的方法,对煤矿机械传动齿轮的轮齿应力和疲劳寿命进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,煤矿机械传动齿轮应力满足强度要求,相对疲劳损伤较小。
Aiming at the problems of large load and fatigue failure of coal mine mechanical transmission gear, numerical simulation and finite element simulation analysis are used to simulate the gear tooth stress and fatigue life of coal mine mechanical transmission gear. The simulation results show that the stress of coal mine gear transmission meets the strength requirements and the relative fatigue damage is small.
