目的:观察四君子汤及其拆方对D-半乳糖(D-gal)诱导小鼠衰老模型的免疫调节作用。方法:用D-半乳糖诱导小鼠衰老模型,采用花环和脾淋巴细胞转化试验(MTT法)测定模型小鼠红细胞免疫和T细胞免疫功能;采用试剂盒对丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)等氧化抗氧化指标进行检测。结果:四君子汤能显著提高D-半乳糖诱导衰老小鼠的T淋巴细胞转化能力(P<0.05),显著提高C3b花环率(P<0.05),显著降低IC花环率(P<0.05),并能显著提高其血清SOD及GSH-Px活性(P<0.01),显著降低血清MDA含量(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤党参、白术对D-半乳糖(D-gal)诱导衰老模型小鼠有免疫调节作用,而茯苓、甘草无明显作用。
Objective: To observe the immunomodulatory effect of Sijunzi Decoction and its decomposed formulas on the aging model induced by D-galactose in mice. Methods: The mouse model of aging was induced by D-galactose. The erythrocyte and T cell immune function of the model mice was determined by the method of rosette and spleen lymphocyte transformation (MTT). The effects of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide SOD, GSH-Px and other oxidative and antioxidant indexes were detected. Results: Sijunzi Decoction could significantly increase the T lymphocyte transformation ability (P <0.05), increase the C3b rosette rate (P <0.05) and decrease the IC rosette rate significantly (P <0.05) in D-galactose-induced aging mice The activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum increased significantly (P <0.01), and the contents of MDA in serum decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Sijunzi Decoction and Atractylodes macrocephala have immunomodulatory effects on mice induced by D-galactose (D-gal), while Poria and licorice have no obvious effect.
