针对产品概念设计阶段设计信息的不精确性,利用设计者的偏好对其进行描述,考虑到性能之间的补偿关系,应用准线性聚合函数求取整体偏好,建立了基于偏好的稳健设计方法。将该方法应用到矿用汽车转向机构的设计方案评价中,可得到分布均匀的Pareto解;利用无关点法可选取到最优设计解。
In view of the inaccuracy of the design information in the conceptual design phase of the product, this paper uses the designer’s preference to describe it. Considering the compensation relationship between the performance, the quasi-linear aggregation function is applied to obtain the overall preference and a robust design method based on the preference is established. Applying this method to the evaluation of the design scheme of the steering mechanism for mining vehicles, a uniformly distributed Pareto solution can be obtained. The optimal design solution can be selected by using the point-free method.
