设计了腐殖土填料藻浆厌氧发酵肥效反应器,进行为期8个月的臭味去除试验研究。动态对比试验结果表明,藻浆上浮比75%,发酵温度20℃,p H 6.5~7.5条件下,腐殖土填料可提高藻浆厌氧发酵的速率,其藻浆厌氧发酵所需时间可缩短5 d,厌氧发酵至10 d即可腐熟;在不降低藻浆厌氧发酵肥效的前提下,腐殖土填料对藻浆厌氧发酵臭味去除能力十分显著,腐熟阶段的臭味去除率超过76%;温度变化对腐殖土填料的臭味去除能力有一定的影响,当温度从30℃降至15℃时,腐殖土填料对藻泥滤后液体的臭味去除率从74.92%升至77.45%。综上,腐殖土填料因其具有显著地提升藻浆厌氧发酵速率和臭味去除能力,从而促进藻浆厌氧发酵作为有机肥推广应用的可行性。
