Someone even went on to discuss Oakes with the media, believing that its “decapitation” was “dumping” or “fraud.” However, so far, no news of Oakes being prosecuted for breaking the law has not yet been obtained, which shows that the promotion means are within the scope of the law. There are two potential meanings in the parties' claims: one is that existing industry leaders have been tickled by Oakes, and the other is that small brands are being forced to stop by Oakes's “violent means”.
