社会救助作为我国政府在社会层面上进行宏观调控中的一个重要任务,是我国成功迈入小康社会,实现中国梦的一个亟待解决的问题。如何发挥好第三方的作用,在社会救助中体现自身的价值,是非政府组织当前需要解决的问题。而组织的发展依靠人才,笔者主要对非政府组织在社会救助领域中的人力资源现状进行了探究,以期推动社会救助人才建设的发展。
As an important task of our government in carrying out macro-control at the social level, social assistance is an issue to be solved urgently for our country to successfully enter into a well-to-do society and realize the Chinese dream. How to give full play to the role of a third party and reflect its own value in social assistance is the current issue to be solved by non-governmental organizations. The development of the organization relies on talents. The author mainly explores the current situation of human resources of non-governmental organizations in the field of social assistance in order to promote the development of social assistance talents.
