利用Microsoft Visual Foxpro 6.0软件开发出决明子指纹图谱数据库,以存储和管理指纹图谱数据,并利用数学方法对指纹数据分析处理。该数据库针对中药复杂组分的分析、鉴定,建立相似度评价系统,具备数据录入、参数设置、指纹图谱集及标准指纹谱的动态生成、差异率表及相似度检验、相似度评价统计图及报表、数据备份与数据输出等功能,实现了数据的标准化和动态更新。系统采用面向对象的设计方法作为开发工具,系统界面清晰,操作简便。实践证明,应用数据库跟踪和控制决明子的质量有效,并可在其它中药质量控制领域应用。
The database of cassia fingerprints was developed using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 6.0 software to store and manage the fingerprint data, and the mathematical data was used to analyze and process the fingerprint data. The database aims at the analysis and identification of complex components of traditional Chinese medicine and establishes a similarity evaluation system. It has data entry, parameter setting, fingerprint collection and dynamic generation of standard fingerprint spectrum, difference rate table and similarity test, similarity evaluation and Functions such as report, data backup and data output realize data standardization and dynamic update. The system adopts an object-oriented design method as a development tool. The system interface is clear and easy to operate. Practice has proved that the application of the database to track and control the quality of cassia is effective, and can be applied in other areas of quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
