互动健康教育模式在老年人骨折患者中的应用效果观察

目的观察互动健康教育模式在老年人骨折患者中的应用效果。方法将老年人骨折患者75例按照随机抽样法分为互动教育组(n=38例)和常规组(n=37例)。常规组给予常规护理,互动教育组在常规护理基础上采取互动健康教育模式,比较2组患者健康知识知晓度、患者的护理满意评价、骨折愈合时间、不良事件发生率及护理前后患者的情绪状态。结果互动教育组患者健康知识知晓度为100.00%高于常规组的81.08%(P<0.05);互动教育组患者对护理服务态度、病房环境、健康教育、操作技巧的满意评价均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);互动教育组骨折愈合时间明显短于常规组,不良事件发生率低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组护理前情绪状态差异不显著,护理后2组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均降低,且互动教育组降低幅度大于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互动健康教育模式用于老年人骨折患者中可有效提升护理质量,提升患者对疾病知识的认知,减轻焦虑抑郁情绪,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the effect of interactive health education in elderly patients with fracture. Methods Seventy patients with fractures of the elderly were divided into two groups based on random sampling: interactive education group (n = 38) and conventional group (n = 37). The conventional nursing group was given routine care. The interactive education group took the interactive health education mode on the basis of routine nursing. The awareness of health knowledge, patient satisfaction evaluation, fracture healing time, incidence of adverse events and emotional state before and after nursing were compared between the two groups . Results The awareness of health education in interactive education group was 100.00%, higher than 81.08% in the conventional group (P <0.05). Satisfaction evaluation of nursing education, ward environment, health education and operating skills in the interactive education group was higher than that in the conventional group , The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The fracture healing time in the interactive education group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the conventional group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in emotional status between the two groups after nursing care anxiety and depression scores were reduced, and interactive education group decreased more significantly than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The interactive health education model can effectively improve the quality of nursing care in patients with fractures of the elderly, improve patients’ cognition of disease knowledge, relieve the anxiety and depression and reduce the occurrence of complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
