目的 证实抗白念珠菌保护性抗体存在 ,为保护机制以及保护性工程抗体的研究打下基础。方法 在实验动物模型中观察单抗影响白念珠菌感染动物存活时间、感染动物重要脏器的组织病理变化、相应组织中白念珠菌cfu等。结果 1B5、3E8这 2株单抗能显著延长致死量白念珠菌感染小鼠存活时间 ,减少感染小鼠主要脏器组织中白念珠菌cfu ,减轻相应组织的病理损害。结论 1B5和 3E8皆是具有保护作用的抗白念珠菌胞壁外膜单克隆抗体
Objective To confirm the existence of anti-Candida albicans protective antibodies and lay a foundation for the study of protection mechanism and protective engineering antibodies. Methods Monoclonal antibodies were used to observe the survival time of animals infected with Candida albicans, the histopathological changes of important organs infected with animals and the cfu of Candida albicans in the corresponding tissues. Results The monoclonal antibodies 1B5 and 3E8 could significantly prolong the survival time of Candida albicans infected mice and reduce the C. albicans cfu infection in the major organs of mice and alleviate the pathological damage of the corresponding tissues. Conclusion Both 1B5 and 3E8 are protective anti-Candida albicans cell wall monoclonal antibodies
