一、前言柑桔是世界栽培的主要果树之一。随着柑桔生产的大发展,柑桔栽培技术的研究也不断深入。在柑桔花粉研究方面,Herrero Egana和Acerete(1935)、Nakamua(1943)、Pereau—Leroy(1950)、Nair和Mehra(1962)、叶荫民等(1982)等都曾试图从柑桔花粉形态上探索其在分类上的地位。虽取得了一定成绩,但尚未能真正用作柑桔分类。关于花粉的贮藏,N. sahar(1981)认为用无氧空气结合极低温冷藏能有效地、长时间保存花粉的活力。日本的试验也表明,
