本文介绍沈阳铸造厂二车间5吨/时冲天炉熔化工部的一项综合性技术改造项目。该项技术改造工作包括的主要内容有: 1.改装爬式加料机,设计制造料桶自动关底机构; 2.配料吊车及电磁配铁秤的安装、调试; 3.铁料翻斗的设计、制造、安装及铁料日耗库的改建施工; 4.铁料、焦炭、石灰石气动卸料系统的安装; 5.冲天炉炉气压差式料位控制器安装; 6.研制ZLCK—1型冲天炉加料配料程序控制器。 This article introduces a comprehensive technical renovation project of melting department of 5 ton / hour cupola in Shenyang Foundry 2 workshop. The technical transformation work includes the main contents are: 1. Modified crawler feeder, barrel design and manufacture of automatic closing agencies; 2. Ingredients crane and electromagnetic with iron scale installation, commissioning; 3. Iron dump design, Manufacture, installation and rebuilding of iron depleted materials; 4. Installation of pneumatic material discharging system for iron material, coke and limestone; 5. Installation of pressure difference type material level controller of cupola furnace; 6. Development of ZLCK-1 Furnace feeding ingredients program controller.
