目的研究金钮扣的化学成分。方法以95%乙醇提取,应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱法进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据确定化合物结构。结果从金钮扣95%乙醇提取物的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到9个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、水杨酸(Ⅱ)、异香草酸(Ⅲ)、金色酰胺醇酯(Ⅳ)、N-反式阿魏酸酪酰胺(Ⅴ)、N-反式-对-香豆酰基酪胺(Ⅵ)、N-反式-对-香豆酰基章鱼胺(Ⅶ)、绿原酸(Ⅷ)、(25S)-螺甾烷-5-烯-3β-醇-3-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷](Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅷ为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical composition of golden buttons. Methods The compounds were extracted with 95% ethanol and separated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts of 95% ethanol extract of golden button, which were β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), salicylic acid (Ⅱ), isoxanthoic acid (IV), N-trans-ferulic acid amide (Ⅴ), N-trans-p-coumaroyl tyramine , Chlorogenic acid (Ⅷ), (25S) -spirostan-5-en-3β-ol-3-O- [β-D-glucopyranosyl- Glucopyranoside] (IX). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅷ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
