渴望健康长寿一直是千百年来人们的不懈追求,可现在离运用基因疗法治病还有一段未知的时间和距离。在这个研究等待阶段,应该寻求其他可行的健康途径。经过翻阅大量的参考资料,参考生活中的大量事实,通过实践发现,野菜是纯天然的绿色佳肴。在古代缺医少药、生活条件极其艰苦的条件下,也不乏安享天年的寿星,他们用的不是针剂药片,而是日常饮食和运动保健。正如《素问·脏气法时论》中所记载:“五谷为养,五果为助,五畜为益,五菜为充,气味和而服之,以补益精气”。导致现代人频频罹患各种疾病的原因固然很多,但更多的是食物中充斥着大量被农药和化学制剂污染的成分,使人们的健康每况愈下。而绿色食品却保持着自然状态下应有的营养成分,口味和药用价值无可挑剔,通过对这些食物的科学合理利用,便很容易达到养生保健的目的。所以,野菜是纯天然的绿色佳肴。
