采用辉光放电质谱仪、图像分析仪及分析软件对进口Al-Ti-B和Al-B中间合金的成分和组织进行了研究。结果表明,进口Al-Ti-B合金中Ti含量约为3.89wt%,B含量约为0.90wt%,两者的比例接近4.3∶1;进口Al-B合金中B含量约为2.99wt%;进口Al-Ti-B线材中TiAl3呈较小的杆状和团块状分布,颗粒尺寸为10~30μm,TiAl3的数量也较多;TiB2颗粒的分布较均匀,尺寸细小,且颗粒之间结合疏松;进口Al-B合金中含有大量粒径为2~20μm的AlB2中间相,分散性好。
The composition and microstructure of the imported Al-Ti-B and Al-B master alloys were studied by glow discharge mass spectrometry, image analyzer and analysis software. The results show that the content of Ti in the imported Al-Ti-B alloy is about 3.89wt% and the content of B is about 0.90wt%, the ratio of the two is close to 4.3: 1.
