目的研究原子荧光法测定生活饮用水中汞含量的不确定度。方法以《生活饮用水标准检验方法金属指标》[1]原子荧光法运用AFS-830型原子荧光计,根据数学模型进行不确定度的计算。结果原子荧光光谱法测定水中汞,其含量为(0.237±0.008)μg/L。结论原子荧光光谱法测定生活饮用水中汞含量的相对扩展不确定度Uc为0.034μg/L;绝对扩展不确定度U为0.008μg/L。
Objective To study the uncertainty of determination of mercury in drinking water by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods AFS-830 atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to calculate the degree of uncertainty according to the mathematical model by using the “Metal Index for Standard Test Method of Domestic Drinking Water” [1]. Results The atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine mercury in water with the content of (0.237 ± 0.008) μg / L. Conclusion The relative expanded uncertainty (Uc) of mercury content in drinking water by atomic fluorescence spectrometry is 0.034 μg / L. The absolute uncertainty of expansion U is 0.008 μg / L.
