香港有美食家通过报纸专栏,大骂当地一家日本餐馆收着高价,居然供应三文鱼寿司。他写道:三文鱼是问题颇大的食材,野生的会有寄生虫,养殖的则有抗生素,连敢吃的日本人都敬而远之,他们若看到香港回转寿司最多的是三文鱼,大概会嗤之以鼻的吧!那位美食家朋友去过很多次日本,也光顾过好多家三星级食肆,但是对日本庶民的饮食生活显然不大了解。
