通过TBS技术在青海省鼠情监测中的应用试验,了解到本省主要农田地上害鼠的种群构成,确定小家鼠和长尾仓鼠为本省优势种。明确了鼠害发生程度从地域上划分,青海东部地区较轻,西宁三县中等,柴达木地区严重;从生态类型划分,农田较轻,农林、农牧交错地带严重;从耕作方式划分,灌溉农田较轻,山旱地较重。初步掌握了农田害鼠活动、危害高峰期一般出现在作物生长发育的后期至成熟期的发生为害规律。证明TBS技术适合于本省农田地上害鼠鼠情监测中应用。
Through the application of TBS technology in the monitoring of rodents in Qinghai Province, we know the population composition of ground pest rats in the main farmland of our province, and determine that Mus musculus and long-tailed hamster are the dominant species in this province. It is clear that the incidence of rodent pests is divided into different regions. Qinghai is light in eastern region, middle in Xining three counties, and in Qaidam region. In terms of ecological types, the farmland is light, and there are serious agroforestry areas. Irrigated farmland is light, dry mountain heavier. Preliminary grasp of pest activity in farmland, endanger the peak of crop growth and development generally appear in the late to the maturity of the occurrence of the law. It is proved that TBS technology is suitable for the application in the monitoring of pest and mouse disease on farmland in our province.
