目的:探讨母鼠孕期香烟烟雾暴露对子代大鼠学习记忆能力的影响及相关脑区代谢产物氢质子磁共振波谱成像(1H-MRS)的变化。方法:将受孕的母鼠暴露于香烟烟雾中直至分娩,子代大鼠养育至成鼠后,测试其与对照组子代大鼠学习记忆能力并采用1H-MRS检测子代大鼠海马区脑组织代谢产物的变化。结果:水迷宫测试吸烟组子代大鼠潜伏期时间(41.17±9.16)s明显高于对照组(19.53±3.93)s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。1H-MRS显示吸烟组子代大鼠海马区氮乙酰天冬氨酸/总肌酸(NAA/Cr)、胆碱合物/总肌酸(Cho/Cr)值(4.93±0.45,8.74±0.74)明显高于对照组(2.07±0.07,2.86±0.14),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸烟组海马区NAA/(Cho+Cr)值(0.50±0.01)较对照组(0.54±0.02)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:母鼠孕期处于香烟烟雾暴露会影响子代大鼠大脑海马区的发育,从而影响其学习与记忆能力的发展。
Objective: To investigate the effects of cigarette smoke exposure during pregnancy on the learning and memory abilities of offspring rats and the changes of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS) of related brain metabolites. Methods: The pregnant females were exposed to cigarette smoke till delivery, and the offspring rats were nourished until they became rats. The learning and memory abilities of the offspring rats and their control offspring rats were tested, and 1H-MRS Changes in tissue metabolites. Results: The latent period (41.17 ± 9.16) s in the water maze test smoked group was significantly higher than that in the control group (19.53 ± 3.93) s, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). 1H-MRS showed that the NAA / Cr and Cho / Cr ratios of hippocampus in the offspring of smokers were 4.93 ± 0.45, 8.74 ± 0.74 ) Was significantly higher than the control group (2.07 ± 0.07, 2.86 ± 0.14), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Exposure of pregnant female rats to cigarette smoke may affect the development of hippocampus in the offspring rat brain, which may affect the development of learning and memory ability.
