我厂射流小组在市科技站的关怀和轴承研究所、轴承工厂设计处的大力协助下,探索了采用液压射流控制车床加工的程序动作.经过一年来的试验,成功地采用了液压射流元件完成自动控制.七个多月来的生产试验证明,动作稳定,尺寸精度良好,大大减轻了劳动强度,每小时可加工外圈250~290个,最高班产达2000个,比原手工操作时班产定额1200个有所提高.一、用途及其控制程序1.该机床为自制专用设备,用以车削305向心球轴承外圈沟道,也可加工短圆柱轴承沟道,最大加工直径为φ100毫米.2.机床全部自动程序如下:
