根据近期国家计委下发的调价通知,从8月12日起,各地汽油和柴油零售中准价分别比上月下调了280元/吨和50元/吨,全国各中心城市平均汽油、柴油零售中准价分别调整为3083元/吨和3082元/吨。石油、石化两大集团在此基础上上浮5％执行(乌市上浮3％、伊犁上浮4％)。批发价按在零售价基础上倒扣5.5％的批零差率执行。7月中旬以来,受欧佩克减产、日本炼厂减产等因素影响,新加坡市场汽油和柴油价格均开始止跌转升。综合各方面的判断,预计近期汽油和柴油价格仍将维持上涨的态势。因此,9月份国内汽油和柴油零售中准价也将止跌转升,其中汽油上调幅度可能超过100元/吨。
