应用SDS -PAGE技术 ,分析了 2 4份四川小麦新品系的高分子量谷蛋白亚基 ,并计算其品质得分。结果表明 :大部分品系的Glu -A1位点上具有 1亚基 ,Glu -D1位点上 5 +1 0亚基达 75 % ,但Glu -B1位点上的 7+8或 1 7+1 8亚基比例较低。所有品系的品质得分为 4~ 1 0分 ,平均 7 7分。说明四川小麦的品质水平有了一定提高
The high molecular weight glutenin subunits of 24 Sichuan wheat lines were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and their quality scores were calculated. The results showed that most of the lines had 1 subunit at the Glu-A1 site and 75% at the 5 +1 0 subunit at the Glu-D1 site, but 7 + 8 or 1 7 + 1 at the Glu-B1 site 8 subunit lower ratio. The quality score of all lines ranged from 4 to 10 with an average of 7 7 points. This shows that the quality of Sichuan wheat has been improved
