目的探讨采用腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗早期宫颈癌的安全性和有效性。方法抽签选取2010年7月—2012年7月88例早期宫颈癌患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各44例,对照组以传统开腹手术治疗,观察组患者进行腹腔镜手术。计量资料采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组手术切口小,手术时间并未延长,并且术中平均出血量(92.3±23.5)ml、淋巴结数(21.5±1.6)个、术后排气时间(1.5±0.2)h、术后疼痛分级(1.3±0.3)级,程度低于对照组,住院天数(7.2±1.4)d较对照组缩短,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下完成广泛子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术成功率较高,治疗早期宫颈癌的效果肯定,具有广阔应用前景。
Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy in the treatment of early cervical cancer. METHODS: Eighty-eight patients with early cervical cancer from July 2010 to July 2012 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional laparotomy. The patients in observation group received intraperitoneal Mirror surgery. Measurement data using t test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The operative incision was small and the operation time was not prolonged in the observation group. The mean intraoperative blood loss (92.3 ± 23.5) ml, the number of lymph nodes (21.5 ± 1.6), the postoperative exhaust time (1.5 ± 0.2) h, the postoperative pain (1.3 ± 0.3) grade, which was lower than that of the control group. The length of stay in hospital (7.2 ± 1.4) d was shorter than that of the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusions The success rate of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy is high, and the effect of treating early cervical cancer is affirmative and has broad application prospects.
