目前,在市场经济的主导和调节下各个企业之间的竞争十分激烈,很多企业由于自身的各方面原因,被市场所淘汰。企业为了在竞争日益激烈的大环境下生存下去,必须要提高自身的竞争力,企业的竞争力表现的生产效率和企业的管理两个方面。激励机制是企业内部管理的重要手段,可以有效地调节企业员工之间的关系,激发员工工作的积极性,调节企业内部的利益分配的矛盾,对于企业的办公室科学的管理有着促进作用。
At present, the competition among various enterprises under the dominance and regulation of the market economy is very fierce. Many enterprises are eliminated by the market due to their own various reasons. In order to survive in an increasingly competitive environment, enterprises must improve their own competitiveness, productivity of enterprises’ competitiveness, and management of enterprises. Incentive mechanism is an important means of internal management of an enterprise, which can effectively regulate the relationship among employees, stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, and regulate the contradictions of profit distribution within the enterprise, which can promote the scientific management of the office of the enterprise.
