用四种染色方法显示四头猪胃肠道四类内分泌细胞的分布密度。Grimelius阳性反应细胞和Hellerstrom-Hellman阳性反应细胞的数量远远多于Masson-Hamperl-Singh阳性反应细胞和铅苏木素阳性反应细胞。这四类细胞在胃肠道均有分布,但主要集中于胃和十二指肠。 Four kinds of staining methods were used to show the distribution density of four kinds of endocrine cells in gastrointestinal tract of four pigs. The number of Grimelius positive cells and Hellerstrom-Hellman positive cells was much higher than that of Masson-Hamperl-Singh positive cells and lead hematoxylin-positive cells. These four types of cells in the gastrointestinal tract are distributed, but mainly concentrated in the stomach and duodenum.
