目的:建立抑乳调经颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中白芍、巴戟天、甘草进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱测定白芍中芍药苷的含量,流动相为乙腈∶0.1%磷酸(18∶82),检测波长230 nm。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强,Rf值适中,阴性样品无干扰;芍药苷在20.5~410μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),加样回收率为100.59%,RSD为1.44%。结论:所建立的方法简便可靠,专属性强,精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,能全面反映制剂的内在质量,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of inhibiting milk to regulate menstruation. Methods: The contents of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba were assayed by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile: 0.1% phosphoric acid (18:82) Wavelength 230 nm. Results: TLC spots were clear and specific, Rf was moderate, and the negative samples had no interference. Paeoniflorin had a good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the range of 20.5-410μg / mL with the recoveries of 100.59% 1.44%. Conclusion: The established method is simple and reliable, specificity, precision, stability, reproducibility and can fully reflect the inherent quality of the preparation can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
