目的:应用人体骨骼肌 G P T、 A L P 和 Glu 检查确定常温下(18℃)骨骼肌出现不可逆变化。方法:每小时取人体骨骼肌同时准备做电镜检查和进行 G P T、 A L P、 Glu 的动态观察,电镜下找出从正常到不可逆变性时 G P T、 A L P、 Glu 的变化规律。结果:① G P T 在缺血后 2 h 开始逐渐增高,4 h达高峰,缺血后 7 h 达到2 035±245 U/g,为电镜下出现不可逆变化。② A L P在缺血后 2 h 为23±13 U/g,4 h 达最高值,7 h 消失,为电镜下不可逆变化。③ Glu 2 h 为225±015 m m ol/g,7 h降至 076±0017 m m ol/g,为电镜下出现不可逆变化。结论: G P T< 2 035±245 U/g, A L P消失, Glu< 076±0017 m m ol/g,可判定肌肉出现不可逆变性。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the irreversible changes of skeletal muscle at room temperature (18 ℃) by using human PTE, GLP and Glu tests. Methods: The human skeletal muscle was taken every hour. Electron microscopy and dynamic changes of G P T, A L P and Glu were performed at the same time. The changes of G P T, A L P and Glu during normal and irreversible degeneration were found under electron microscope . Results: ① G P T began to increase at 2 h after ischemia and peaked at 4 h, reached 2 035 ± 24 5 U / g at 7 h after ischemia, which showed an irreversible change under electron microscope. ② A L P at 2 h after ischemia was 23 ± 1 3 U / g, reaching the highest value at 4 h and disappearing at 7 h, which was an irreversible change under electron microscope. ③ Glu 2 h was 2 25 ± 0 15 m m ol / g, and dropped to 0 76 ± 0 017 m m ol / g in 7 h, which showed an irreversible change under electron microscope. CONCLUSION: G P T <2035 ± 24.5 U / g, A L P disappeared, Glu <076 ± 0017 m m ol / g, and the irreversible degeneration of muscle could be judged.
