为了研究风道结构对空调室内机噪声的影响,采用Fluent软件对某型空调室内机的流场进行了仿真,仿真过程考虑了热交换器对气流的阻碍作用,将其模拟为多孔介质流动。通过FW-H模型分别对以蜗舌、蜗壳和叶片为噪声源而产生的噪声进行了计算,并与空调室内机噪声测试实验的结果进行了对比,误差在允许的范围内。在尽量保持足够气体流量的前提下,以此模型为基础,通过调整蜗舌间隙与蜗壳前沿长度降低噪声,得到了空调室内机风道结构在此参数上的最优值。
In order to study the influence of air duct structure on the noise of indoor air conditioner, the flow field of a indoor air conditioner is simulated by Fluent software. The simulation considers the obstruction effect of heat exchanger on air flow and simulates the flow as porous medium. The FW-H model was used to calculate the noise generated by the noise sources of volute, volute and blade, respectively. The results were compared with those of indoor air-conditioning test, and the error was within the allowable range. Based on this model, the optimal value of air duct structure of indoor unit of air conditioner on this parameter is obtained by adjusting the volute gap and the front length of volute to reduce the noise while maintaining the sufficient gas flow.
