幼儿教育在社会和个体发展中的作用日益得到凸显,而幼儿教师在幼儿教育中扮演着十分重要的角色,是影响幼儿教育质量的重要因素。但在目前的幼儿教育中存在着许多问题,引起了广泛的影响。因此,应采取有效的措施,引导并提高幼儿教师的职业认同感,进而促进幼儿教师队伍的整体素质,促进幼儿教育更好地发展。 The role of early childhood education in social and individual development is increasingly highlighted. Kindergarten teachers play an important role in early childhood education, which is an important factor affecting the quality of early childhood education. However, there are many problems in the current early childhood education which have aroused widespread influence. Therefore, we should take effective measures to guide and enhance kindergarten teachers’ professional identity, so as to promote the overall quality of kindergarten teachers and promote the development of early childhood education.
