采用人工接种鉴定方法评价了920个玉米杂交种对丝黑穗病的抗病性。结果表明,高抗型占1.3%,抗病型占10.1%,中抗型占12.6%,感病型占62%,高感型占20.9%。在不同区试类型品种中,中抗-高抗型中晚熟和青饲玉米较多,分别占37.1%和23.3%;早熟、夏播、特早熟玉米居中,分别占18.5%、17.3%、16.7%;糯、甜玉米较少,占8.6%和5.4%。经抗病鉴定,通过审定的160个品种有4个高抗、11个抗病、19个中抗。
The artificial inoculation method was used to evaluate the resistance of 920 maize hybrids to head smut. The results showed that the high resistant type accounted for 1.3%, the resistant type accounted for 10.1%, the medium resistant type accounted for 12.6%, the susceptible type accounted for 62% and the high susceptible accounted for 20.9%. Among the cultivars of different test types, middle-late-maturity and green-fed maize were more resistant to high and medium resistant varieties, accounting for 37.1% and 23.3%, respectively. Early maturing, summer sowing and special precocious corn accounted for 18.5%, 17.3% and 16.7 %; Waxy, sweet corn less, accounting for 8.6% and 5.4%. After the identification of disease resistance, the 160 approved varieties have 4 high resistance, 11 resistance and 19 resistance.
