近期,发生在甬温线的“7.23”特别重大铁路交通事故成为大众舆论的焦点,质疑声、申讨声一片,民众情绪极为不满。虽然随后的事实粉碎了一个又一个谣言,但留在受众心里的仍是一块抹不去的“疤”。人们不禁要问:既然是谣言,它来自哪里?又是什么力量给了它传播的舞台?有公信力能引导舆论的媒体在事发当时又去了哪里?
