浅议建筑施工技术与建筑能耗

随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,城市的基础建设施工也随之增多,这使得我国的建筑行业得到了空前的快速发展。加之我国经济的增长势头旺盛,这也进一步促进了建筑业的发展,在建筑速度和建筑的规模上都取得了突破性的进展。然而,建筑的能源消耗问题一直困扰着建筑业的发展,节能减排已经得到了社会各界的关注,为此通过建筑施工技术的提高,来实现建筑能耗的降低以提高建筑物的能源利用率就显得尤为重要。对此本文对我国建筑业目前的建筑能耗现状进行了分析,并就建筑施工技术在减少建筑能耗上的相关措施进行了论述,并提出了一些建设性的意见,以提供一定的借鉴参考作用。 With the accelerating process of urbanization in our country, the infrastructure construction in the cities also increases, which makes the construction industry in our country get an unprecedented rapid development. Coupled with China’s strong economic growth, which also further promoted the development of the construction industry, both in the construction speed and the scale of the construction have made a breakthrough. However, the problem of building energy consumption has plagued the development of the construction industry. Energy conservation and emission reduction have drawn the attention of all sectors of society. Therefore, through the improvement of construction technology, the energy consumption of buildings will be reduced to improve the energy efficiency of buildings It is particularly important. In this paper, the current situation of building energy consumption in China’s construction industry was analyzed, and the building construction technology in reducing building energy consumption related measures were discussed, and put forward some constructive suggestions to provide some reference for reference effect.
