[目的]优选黔产瓜蒌的最佳产地加工方法。[方法]分别采用阴干、晒干、烘干等不同加工方法对新鲜瓜蒌药材进行加工处理,以多糖、皂苷、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物为评价指标,采用综合评分法优选瓜蒌的最佳产地加工方法。[结果]瓜蒌不同产地加工方法的综合评分值差异较大,从大到小依次为60℃烘干(0.88)、晒干(0.23)、阴干(0)。[结论]60℃烘干为瓜蒌的最佳产地加工方法,最佳工艺为:取瓜蒌鲜药材,除去杂质泥土,于60℃干燥箱中烘干。该方法能较好地控制瓜蒌药材的质量。
[Objective] To optimize the processing method of the best producing area of Guizhou cucumber. [Method] The fresh cucumbers were processed by different processing methods, such as drying, drying and drying. [Result] The comprehensive scores of processing methods in different producing areas of kadsura were quite different. The descending order was 60 ℃ drying (0.88), drying (0.23) and drying (0). [Conclusion] Drying at 60 ℃ was the best processing method for Melon. The best technique was as follows: take fresh melon, remove impurity soil and dry it in drying oven at 60 ℃. The method can better control the quality of cucumber medicinal materials.
