重点介绍一台自主研制、用于易制毒化学品现场稽查的真空紫外灯电离-离子迁移谱仪,以及为这台仪器开发的一套数据处理和智能识别软件。数据处理包括数据采集、傅立叶变换和小波变换降噪等。智能识别方面建立了一套利用迁移时间匹配、夹角余弦和命中率指数3个参数作为综合评价指数,智能分析图谱的识别方法。该系统在对常见的易制毒化学品的检测中,识别率达到90%。
It focuses on a vacuum UV lamp ionization-ion mobility spectrometer developed independently and used for site inspection of precursor chemicals, as well as a set of data processing and intelligent identification software developed for this instrument. Data processing includes data acquisition, Fourier transform and wavelet transform noise reduction. In the aspect of intelligent recognition, a set of three parameters of migration time matching, angle cosine, and hit rate index are established as the comprehensive evaluation index and intelligent recognition pattern recognition method. The system in the detection of common precursor chemicals, the recognition rate of 90%.
