采用甲酯化反应、二氯甲烷萃取、气相色谱法定量分析了南平烟区烟草中的多元酸如草酸、丙二酸、丁二酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸和高级脂肪酸如肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、十五烷酸、油酸、亚麻酸、亚油酸、硬脂酸等的含量。结果表明,南平烟区中松溪、浦城和邵武的多元酸和高级脂肪酸含量明显高于其他县;烤烟的不同部位叶片之间除丁二酸、十五烷酸、硬脂酸、油酸外其他酸含量都存在显著(或极显著)差异;评吸劲头与多元酸、高级脂肪酸如草酸、柠檬酸、丙二酸、亚麻酸、油酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、亚麻酸、硬脂酸等之间也存在明显的相关性。
