目的建立生物样品中甲醇的气相色谱测定方法。方法取生物样品于顶空瓶中,加入氯化钠、水,在60℃水浴气-液平衡20 min后,气相色谱法测定,外标法定量。结果在0.10 mg~1.00 mg样品添加水平范围内,方法的回收率在94.7%~102%,在不同样品测定中,方法的相对标准偏差为3.5%~6.3%。结论该方法操作简便,稳定可靠,定量准确,适用于生物样品中甲醇的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of methanol in biological samples by gas chromatography. Methods Biological samples were taken from the headspace bottles, and sodium chloride and water were added. After gas-liquid equilibrium at 60 ℃ for 20 min, the samples were determined by gas chromatography and external standard method. Results The recoveries ranged from 94.7% to 102% at the range of 0.10 mg to 1.00 mg. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 3.5% and 6.3% for different samples. Conclusion The method is simple, stable, reliable and quantitative. It is suitable for the determination of methanol in biological samples.
