文化是社会发展与进步的基础保障,在社会发展全新时期中,国家政府方面不断强调提升全面文化水平,而全民阅读也在此时期中出现。在此环境下,图书馆工作势必也需要做出适当的调整,以配合新时期对图书馆的全新需求。图书馆是否能够持续健康发展,在一定程度上取决于管理水平,而管理水平的影响因素众多,包括管理人员个人素质、管理制度等,都会对图书管理工作质量造成直接或间接的影响。在本文中对当前国内图书管理工作所存在的普遍问题进行了分析,并结合所分析结果提出针对性的改进建议,旨在为进一步提升图书馆里水平,促使其能够符合新时期的全新要求提供理论参考。
Culture is the basic guarantee for social development and progress. In the new period of social development, the national government constantly emphasized the promotion of the overall cultural level, and universal reading also appeared during this period. In this environment, the library work is bound to also need to make appropriate adjustments to meet the new needs of the library in the new era. Whether the library can develop continually and healthily depends to a certain extent on the management level. And the influencing factors of the management level are numerous, including the personal qualities of managers and the management system, which will directly or indirectly affect the quality of library management. In this paper, we analyze the common problems existing in the current domestic library management work and put forward some suggestions for improvement based on the analysis results. The purpose of this paper is to provide suggestions for further improving the level of the library and making it meet the new requirements of the new era Theoretical reference.
