电子政务实验教学是高校电子政务课程的重要组成部分。政府信息化的需求,迫切要求高校培养具备先进信息技术与丰富管理理论的复合型学生。这要求高校电子政务课程必须进行创新,将具有实用性、设计性、操作性的实验课程纳入到教学体系中,不断改革教学计划,开展实验教学课程的建设。本文基于对当前高校电子政务实验教学的现状分析,指出电子政务实验教学体系的建设原则与目标,并以浙江工商大学公共管理学院电子政务实验课程为例,从教学硬件与软件、教学内容、师资队伍和教学时量四个方面对电子政务实验教学体系的改革与实践情况进行阐释。 E-government experiment teaching is an important part of college e-government curriculum. The demand of government information urgently requires colleges and universities to train compound students with advanced information technology and rich management theory. This requires that e-government courses in colleges and universities must be innovated, and experimental courses with practicability, design and operability should be incorporated into the teaching system, the teaching plans should be constantly reformed, and the construction of experimental teaching courses should be carried out. Based on the analysis of the status quo of e-government experiment teaching in colleges and universities, this paper points out the construction principles and goals of e-government experiment teaching system. Taking the e-government experiment course of Public Administration Institute of Zhejiang Gongshang University as an example, from the teaching hardware and software, Team and teaching quantity of four aspects of e-government experimental teaching system reform and practice of the situation explained.
